Rental Rates - $1200/week* (Saturday to Saturday) for non-holiday weeks**. Sales tax (5.5%) will be added to all rents. A security deposit*** is required to make a reservation and will be returned to you after your rental, if the property is left as you found it. Check in is at 2 PM, check out is at 10 AM. Fall and Winter rentals available.

* Weekly rental for up to four occupants. Additional occupants (for non-holiday** rentals) may be added for $160 per occupant/week or $35 per occupant/night.
**Holiday rentals are weeks or days which are adjacent to or include Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day or the Fall Ride. Call for weekly and additional occupant rates for holiday rentals.
***The security deposit is $300 or 25% of your rent, whichever is greater.
