Rental Rates - $800*/week (Saturday to Saturday) or for stays less than a week, unless priced otherwise below. Sales tax will be added to all rents. A security deposit** is required to make a reservation and will be returned to you after your rental, if the property is left as you found it. Check in is at 2 PM, check out is at 10 AM.                                               * The rents quoted are for up to two occupants. Additional occupants may be added for $150 each. **The security deposit is $300 or 25% of your rent, whichever is greater.                                                              2010 Fall Ride, Sept. 15 - Sept 20 is available.  The standard rate above applies.
